Mexico ranks fourth among countries in Latin America with greater ease of doing business, according to a study by the World Bank (WB).
According to the Doing Business Report 2009 (doing business 2009) World Bank, Mexico is among the top players in the region in the "management of building permits" and facilities for the "closure a company"
Mexico also presents the "regional best practice" in regard to both procedures as the economic costs of opening a trade, which are some of the criteria set by the World Bank to assess the facilities to do business in a country.
